Computing

Computing capability is an essential skill for life and enables our children to participate more readily in a rapidly changing world. Using the internet and email, for example, gives our children rapid access to ideas and experiences from a wide range of people, communities and cultures.

Our children need to know how computers and applications work in order to be able to improve them further. Learning how to use algorithms, debug and create code provides the children with the ability to create their own computer programs where they develop their problem solving skills.
