RSE
Relationship and Sex Education
Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) is the foundation of the Personal Development Curriculum, focusing on providing pupils with the life-skills that will enable them to make informed decisions and protect themselves against harmful and exploitative situations and how to form healthy relationships. RSE is therefore essential in safeguarding pupils.
The curriculum for RSE follows the requirements set out in statutory guidance. The curriculum is age-appropriate and builds upon the knowledge each year.
